WOODOT HOME currently serves selected destinations in:
• North America: United States and Canada
• Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark
• Middle East: United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia
• Asia-Pacific: Australia, Japan and South Korea

Availability and final delivery coverage may depend on the exact address. Remote areas, islands and special-access addresses may require an additional quotation.

Local Taxes Not Included

WOODOT HOME covers international transportation, import duty and normal last-mile delivery to the customer address for eligible orders and standard delivery areas.

• Detached homes: delivery is to the door.
• Apartments and high-rise buildings: delivery is to the building entrance or lobby; upstairs delivery is not included.
• Remote areas, islands and special-access addresses may incur additional charges.

Assembly

Installation service is not included. Products are pre-assembled as far as practical before leaving the factory. On delivery, customers need only follow the supplied instructions to connect the main parts and a small number of fittings. No specialist installer or complex tools should be required. For large furniture, we recommend two people carry out assembly for safety and to avoid damage.

Duties and taxes

Import Duty: paid by WOODOT HOME.
VAT / GST / Sales Tax: paid by the customer where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, the product price includes the furniture, international transport, import duty and normal last-mile delivery. Local VAT, GST, sales tax, customs clearance charges required by local authorities, remote-area surcharges and oversized or overweight surcharges are not included.

Dispatch and transit

Current products are generally prepared for dispatch within approximately one month. Transit time varies by destination and begins after dispatch. Large furniture is shipped from our mainland China warehouse to the customer address. Manufacturing and production are based in Tianjin, China.

Before dispatch, we will confirm the delivery contact information and any special access requirements where needed. Please provide a complete address and tell us about stairs, restricted access, remote-area conditions or other delivery constraints before shipping.

Delivery does not include in-home assembly, removal of packaging or cleaning of packaging materials unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
